Cp30 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing your use of the cp30 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the cp30 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the cp30 platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and cp30 as the platform provider. This platform is offered exclusively to users aged 18 and above who are in jurisdictions where participation in online entertainment activities is permitted. Underage users are strictly prohibited from registering or using this service.
Cp30 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version.

2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account on the cp30 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different personal details, different IP addresses, or any other method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and an active email address. cp30 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to submit the requested documents may result in your account being temporarily suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including cp30 staff. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. cp30 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their own account credentials.
- Passwords must be at least eight characters long and include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
- Users are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication for an added layer of security.
- Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to review and closure at cp30's discretion.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules
As a user of the cp30 platform, you agree to use this service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in Malaysia. Use of the platform for fraudulent activities, money laundering, hacking, system manipulation, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
You are prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Distributing viruses, malware, or any malicious code through the platform.
- Making false claims related to transactions, promotions, or bonuses that did not occur.
- Using another person's account or sharing your account with other users.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner contrary to the intent of the programme.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in any conduct that harms other users or cp30 staff.
Cp30 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, seizing balances, or reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the cp30 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). cp30 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods, including online banking, DuitNow, FPX, and supported e-wallets. The list of available payment methods is subject to change and will be updated in your account section.
Transaction-related conditions:
- Minimum deposits and withdrawal limits vary depending on your chosen payment method and account VIP level.
- All withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to anti-money laundering policies.
- A full identity verification process (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
- Cp30 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory verification has been received.
- Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through illegitimate means will result in the balance being forfeited and the account closed.
- Funds credited through bonuses or promotions are subject to their own wagering (rollover) requirements as specified in the respective promotion terms.
Cp30 is not liable for any transaction delays caused by third parties, including banks, payment processors, or technical disruptions beyond our control. If you experience a transaction issue, please contact our customer support at [email protected] with the relevant proof of transaction.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policies
Cp30 provides its online entertainment platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. That said, we are committed to maintaining the highest achievable level of platform availability.
Our liability limits: In any event, cp30's total liability to you shall not exceed the account balance held at the time the claim is made. cp30 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or losses arising from unavoidable service disruptions.
Account suspension and closure: cp30 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Suspected of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Providing false or misleading registration information.
- Confirmed duplicate accounts or misuse of promotional programmes.
- Requests from relevant authorities pursuant to legal requirements.
Users whose accounts are closed for the above reasons are not entitled to claim any remaining balance. For accounts closed at the user's own request with no violations involved, any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures that apply.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
All content on the cp30 platform — including the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of cp30 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written permission from cp30.
Third-party links: The cp30 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for reference and convenience. cp30 has no control over the content of third-party websites and is not responsible for their accuracy, security, or privacy practices. You access any third-party websites at your own risk.
Governing law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. cp30's failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
